Data Deletion Request
This page provides instructions for users of the MyCode.Bot App to request the deletion of their personal data.
If you wish to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data, please fill out the form below. Once submitted, our team will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.
Data to be Deleted
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted: - Your account profile (name, email address, phone number) - Authentication credentials and tokens - Device identifiers and app usage logs - Personal preferences and settings
Data to be Retained
We may be legally required to retain certain data for a specific period (typically at least 1 year) for compliance, auditing, and anti-spam purposes, or to complete active billing cycles: - Financial transaction records and billing history - Communication metadata (e.g., recipient phone numbers, timestamps of messages sent via our APIs), but not the message content itself.
